My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had come across this book frequently in podcasts and wanted to read it. I added it to my Antilibrary also in the hope that I may one day get around to read it. I want to read this because I want to understand how triggers work and learn how to ensure that they don’t control our lives.
As the new year began, I decided not to put off till someday what I can do today and started off with the book. I listened to this #audiobook in my daily walks.
This was an interesting take on one part of the habit-building or behavioral change process. This book brings a bit of understanding how and why triggers plays a major part in building/breaking habits and some mitigation steps to improve our responses to triggers.
If you’re in the process of looking to make a new habit or break an old one, this book definitely gives you a process to do that. I find the Daily Questions process very interesting and I’m looking forward to implementing it.
