It has a while since there was a good old whodunit movie. I think the last one I saw was Branaugh’s Murder on the Orient Express.
By telling us who the murderer was much earlier in the movie, I was wondering how the rest of the movie was going to pan out. Rian Johnson did a damned amazing show of keeping the audience guessing knowing very well that they already knew what was going on. Though I had pretty much guessed who the real murderer was, the foreshadowing helped me a lot though đ.
The casting was perfect. The house where the story takes place was amazing and the Knives backdrop was superb visuals.
