My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I listened to this in a post-prandial stupor. It was a short book.
Steven Pressfield tackles the problem that people face when they are struggling to create something. He calls it Resistance with a capital R. It’s a combination of self-doubt, deception, fear of change and success. Resistance is a negative force that opposes any creativity and keeps us from fulfilling our dreams.

Just like every other kids in the 90’s, Jurassic Park was my first introduction to the world of dinosaurs. I bought A Grown-Up Guide to Dinosaurs by Ben Garrod as part of the Audible Originals monthly selection for July.
Divided into six chapters, each chapter included interviews with paleontologists with insightful commentary.

  1. What is a Dinosaur?
  2. Size Matters

I learned about the Dreadnoughtus and the Patagotitan finds.

  3. Feathered Freaks

The velociraptor shown in Jurassic Park was not a velociraptor, but rather a Deinonychus.

  4. Who Needs Bones?

How fossils help us understand dinosaurs, including their poop?

  5. What is Not a Dinosaur?

There were no dinosaurs in the oceans. They were called Plesiosaurs.

  6. The Fall of Dinosaurs

We all know how that happened.

Overall, it was an interesting and captivating read that I definitely recommend.
